Welcome to NexaLead. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of NexaLead's Website and our B2B Lead Generation Services.

2. Service Engagement

NexaLead provides B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and sales development representative (SDR) outsourcing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any campaign.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our campaigns, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals on campaign assets (scripts, email copy, targeting criteria).
  • Ensure their product/service offering is accurately represented.
  • Attend qualified meetings scheduled by our team promptly and professionally.
  • Provide necessary access to CRM or other tools required for the execution of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, NexaLead and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on NexaLead. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://nexa-lead.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

All custom assets, scripts, and prospect lists generated specifically for your campaigns during our engagement are the property of your company, as stipulated in the MSA.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexaLead, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.

6. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexaLead operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
